クラブや代理⼈会社において外国籍選⼿に関わる全ての業務を経験し、⽇本のクラブが抱える課題を改善したいと考ています。来⽇する外国籍選⼿が日本で成功を掴むために、私たちエムハチが出来ることは沢山あります。自身のノウハウを1つのクラブや組織だけに使うのではなく、広げていくことでサッカー界に貢献していきます。
I experienced all the works related to the international transfer and international players’ support. Through the experience, I realized there is room for improvement and would like to tackle the football industry issues. Besides, I considered how to contribute whole football industry because it makes me who I am today. Then, I decided not to contribute to a club but leverage my experience for all the clubs. It is the main reason I established M8 inc. My vision is to contribute to the football industry.
